I understand mistakes happen. I called in an order, but when I got there they had missed making it. The person working the counter looked through the staging area and then asked a person in the back making the pizzas about my order. This person proceeded to belittle the counter worker telling him it was in the middle of the warmer what was he blind,and asked if he was stupid.. I ordered a gluten free pizza and they sent me a regular pizza. When I called to complain the manager told me to “F” off and hung up on me. I called back and he hung up on me again. I will never order again from Hungry Howies. I have a severe allergy to gluten and he told me it wasn’t his problem!! I had to call the corporate office!
