When I lived out in New Haven I used to go to Leong's on 23 all the time with my mom and my two sons. I was out in the area and decided to stop in and get some carrie out to take back home with me to Roseville where I live currently. I'm so happy I did! The food was so good! I get carry out often and they are the best around, and blow leongs 21 away!
While the food is usually good, especially the almond chicken I would advise that my credit card number was stolen from there and multiple charges from Uber eats appeared on my statement within 20 minutes of my leaving the restaurant on a carryout pick up. I called the restaurant they said no, but I can assure you that card hadn’t been used in two weeks because I had been in the hospital and all the sudden I make one visit to that restaurant and all of a sudden bing bang boom...read full review
