When I lived out in New Haven I used to go to Leong's on 23 all the time with my mom and my two sons. I was out in the area and decided to stop in and get some carrie out to take back home with me to Roseville where I live currently. I'm so happy I did! The food was so good! I got the boneless almond chicken which actually had slivered almonds and green onions on it, which I haven't had a place out here around the Roseville area serve it that way.
