Great staff, very friendly and exceptional service, I get a carryout 3 or 4 times a week!
Disappointed with this visit. Something changed in their flavor/seasoning for the chicken. Staff was friendly and quick.
Had me standing there waiting and I get there a little busy will not really but he was putting orders together for them to come to the counter and tell me they were completely out of ribs. So you don't make somebody stand there and wait then approach them and tell them you're out of something if it's one of the main things you sell and you're out of it you should put a note on the door so I don't have to stand there and wait to actually have to be able to order nothing considering...read full review

Chicken Shack Chesterfield serves excellent food with very nice employees. While the food is usually good, occasionally it may not meet expectations, with some chicken bites being hard and overcooked. The service can be inconsistent, with issues such as hearing difficulties due to loud TVs and occasional lack of change for cash payments. The drive-thru area has un-maintained gravel. The cole slaw is the best you can get anywhere. Ribs are great and good, but there is always some hard overcooked meat on some. The potatoes are okay.
