Our chicken was overcooked and dried out. Was more like jerky on the inside. We no longer like the mac & cheese and the potatoes and gravy were way too salty. Definitely won't be going back anytime soon, if at all. We were bummed. At least the staff was nice and quick. Service was great.
I don’t know what’s happened here; I’m usually a casual fan of KFC and go there pretty irregularly, but the past couple months i’ve gone have been nothing short of astounding. I went three separate times during this period. First time I tried to head there it was okay - most of the sauce on a Famous Bowl was at the bottom and the noodles were dry but that’s fine by me, I’m not picky there. My mom and I had a great experience at this location tonight. The chicken was tender, juicy, and delicious. Service was friendly, and even when I made a mistake they were happy to fix it even though it was $2 more.
