Miss Melissa, the manager, there is amazing. She took extra time to make sure not only was the situation taken care of, but above and beyond. I don’t need to go into details as it was personal, but I just wanna give a special thank you to her and say how wonderful the food was today and thank you again for just being a kind human. I went through the drive-thru today and had an excellent experience thanks to Devante. He was kind, articulate, professional and quick. He was extremely friendly and made sure I had extra napkins and sauces. I will 100% recommend this location and hope Arby's recognizes Devante as an asset!
Bathrooms was bad. Food good . Love the double roastbeef

Arby's offers friendly service with a group of cool and awesome employees. The food is usually good, with no chewy chicken, and the fountain pop is delicious. Despite occasional mishaps like a delayed order, the staff handles issues well. Some employees may seem overwhelmed when the restaurant gets busier, but overall, most of them provide great service. The Waygu Steakhouse might be underwhelming, but the overall experience is positive, making customers want to return.
