The food and service was excellent, order was correct and food hot. I put a 1 star for atmosphere bc I was there when the air conditioning wasn't working. It was hot in there, I have no idea how the fantastic people working behind the counter was able work In it. It was one of the days where it was 95 degrees out.
Clean store fast service
Miss Melissa, the manager, there is amazing. She took extra time to make sure not only was the situation taken care of, but above and beyond. I don’t need to go into details as it was personal, but I just wanna give a special thank you to her and say how wonderful the food was today and thank you again for just being a kind human. Arby's offers friendly service with a group of cool and awesome employees. The food is usually good, with no chewy chicken, and the fountain pop is delicious. Despite occasional mishaps like a delayed order, the staff handles issues well. Some employees may seem overwhelmed when the restaurant gets busier, but overall, most of them provide great service. The Waygu Steakhouse might be underwhelming, but the overall experience is positive, making customers want to return.
