The place is usually dead. Food is good never had an issue & no "chewy" chicken. Service is basically "oh God we actually have someone" by certain ones. Most employees are great.
There seemed to be a lot of people working for how long the order took. The burger wasn't fresh off the grill and neither were the fries....waygu steskhouse was in a word underwhelming. Fountain pop was delicious.

Friendly service, poppers had a bite out of one. When I returned they were very apologetic refunded my money and offered to replace the items. Disappointed that the incident happened but they handled it well. Will return
