We went to this location every day for 2+ years and absolutely love everyone on the staff. They always had our order ready by the time we got to the window and we moved but I think I am going to go out of my way just to keep going to this location because 23 and gratiot is TERRIBLE!
Nearly every time I order more than one food item something doesn’t make it in the bag. The staff are always so busy chatting to each other rather than paying attention to the customer at the window, they barely acknowledge you. It’s not that hard to double check the bag before handing it to the customer to make sure everything is in there, that’s what you’re getting paid to do.
Food is good, no soup!

Despite occasional issues such as an unpleasant surprise with creamer or busy drive-thru lines, this location remains a reliable and satisfying choice for many customers.
