Nearly every time I order more than one food item something doesn’t make it in the bag. The staff are always so busy chatting to each other rather than paying attention to the customer at the window, they barely acknowledge you. It’s not that hard to double check the bag before handing it to the customer to make sure everything is in there, that’s what you’re getting paid to do.
This is the most efficient Tim's I have been to, and I have been to many. They are always friendly, polite, and they always get the orders right. When I am out of town, I really miss it.
I was there on Friday August 30th at 10am. There were extremely busy. The coffee was on point. Everything was moving like a well oiled machine. All the employees deserve a raise. I left my debt card in the machine. I ran back even though it was extremely busy. They still helped me. Was super courteous. They didn't drop a beat. The drive threw was wrapped around the building.
