I went through the drive-thru today and had an excellent experience thanks to Devante. He was kind, articulate, professional and quick. He was extremely friendly and made sure I had extra napkins and sauces. I will 100% recommend this location and hope Arby's recognizes Devante as an asset!

I can't say enough good things about this Arby's! Last week, I picked up an online order through the drive-thru and an item was missing. I called and the manager, Davontae, was so incredibly kind and apologetic. I didn't want to come back so he took my name so that it could be replaced the next time I came in.
