When I lived out in New Haven I used to go to Leong's on 23 all the time with my mom and my two sons. I was out in the area and decided to stop in and get some carrie out to take back home with me to Roseville where I live currently. I'm so happy I did! The food was so good! I got the boneless almond chicken which actually had slivered almonds and green onions on it, which I haven't had a place out here around the Roseville area serve it that way. And I got an order...
While the food is usually good, especially the almond chicken I would advise that my credit card number was stolen from there and multiple charges from Uber eats appeared on my statement within 20 minutes of my leaving the restaurant on a carryout pick up. I called the restaurant they said no, but I can assure you that card hadn’t been used in two weeks because I had been in the hospital and all the sudden I make one visit to that restaurant and all of a sudden bing bang boom...
I’m so happy Leongs made a come back! They were good for many years and then I think there was an ownership change but I’m not here to talk about that. They are back on the top of our list! We are all over the menu, have zero complaints and she’s always cheerful and friendly! Thank you! ❤️
