Herrick House and The Mulberry Cafe

A charming little place for a lovely lunch. Nice sandwich options, not the usual Gordon Food Service standards that you find everywhere else. it's become an annual Christmas tradition for my sister and I to go there for lunch.

A really nice variety of sandwiches, not the same old Gordon Food Service type food. I very sweet little restaurant, a favorite stop after visiting the Rooftop Landing Reindeer Farm each Christmas. The breakfast menu looks great as well. A traditional stop on our "sisters" weekend.

Rather blaa sandwich with potato chips. not with a 200 mile drive. really over rated and a waste of a trip. Ordered burger medium and totally burnt

My husband and I were staying at the Doherty Hotel and on Sunday morning we were going to go downtown for breakfast. Instead we saw the cute Herrick House & Mulberry Cafe and said how cozy it this place. We went in, lovely place, service was the best and food was fabulous. Can't wait to visit here again.

We love breakfast at the Herrick House as we head up North. The food is delicious. They have the best coffee and the service is excellent. We love older architecture, so we enjoy the ambiance of this Victorian house. Dining here is such a good experience in every way.

Service was excellent. We walked in and were seated immediately. Once we placed our order we had it within 5 minutes. The western omelette was amazing. Great atmosphere. Awesome place.

It’s awesome culinary offerings and it’s excellent staff! We have never been disappointed and have brought many new diners with us who have none had any complaints! Very quaint cozy ambiance. The deck in summer is beautiful! Oh and did I mention their homemade Pies??? Our fav is Buttermilk. Quality & Fresh food ingredients. Everything is Clean. Very nice restrooms too.

Great food, great atmosphere, great staff. I have been often in the 11 years that I have lived in Clare and I hope to keep frequenting this establshment.

I'm always so happy with the food and service at Herrick House! I have issues with Gluten so I'm thrilled that Herrick house offers a number of GF options including homemade bread!!! Thank you so much for keeping my tummy happy !! I will return soon !

Super cute cafe and gift shop! Everyone is very friendly, food was delicious, we would definitely visit again if we are in the area.
