Long story short…I was berated, insulted, screamed at, among other things. I ordered three pies for the day before Thanksgiving. I called on Monday to see if I could pick them up on Tuesday because there was a bad storm coming into where I was going. The lady I spoke to on the phone could not confirm so she transferred me to a manager. Ordered donuts February 20th to be shipped to a friend here in Michigan. As of today she still hasn't received. Very disappointed, horrible service on Cops & Doughnuts behalf. Nothing like getting stale donuts.
