The Trap Door Speakeasy Reviews
I absolutely love the atmosphere here. The drinks and food do not disappoint, I try to make it to the nights with live music (Thursday and some Fridays) as it is such a great place to just relax with a friend and enjoy the music.
We went specifically to see Izzy Joy, not our first time here and when we arrived there weren’t any tables available and was told by the young man that the next available table would be ours and we said we would wait at the bar. A table back in the corner came available which was by the people we were with, at the same time 4 people walked in ( we were only 3 at the time) and when I asked the young man if that open table was ours he said he didn’t know and then it was given...read full review

The Trap Door Speakeasy is a place with a very cool vibe, where servers dress for the era, taking guests back in time. The ambiance is perfection, with a descent downstairs to enter. The food and drinks do not disappoint. The smoked old fashioned using pecan wood is perfection, and the Forbidden Brew is divine. The Blue Moon Sipper, made with blueberry moonshine, house made ginger beer, blueberry syrup, and lemon juice, is delicious and refreshing. Menu items include a flatbread, pretzel trio, spinach and artichoke dip, bao buns, and firecracker shrimp. The sauce with the bao buns is the best. The atmosphere is excellent, with a fairly quiet environment and live music on Thursday and some Fridays. The staff are friendly and welcoming, with service that is really good. It is a must see and a place to put on a bucket list.
