Dairy Phil is a fun old-school food and ice cream spot with fast, friendly service and plenty of outdoor seating for family and friends. The staff is great, and the atmosphere is amazing, although there was a complaint about stale sprinkles. The ice cream was described as amazing, with kids portions available. The restaurant is handicap accessible and offers parking along the side of the building.
