Waited over 40 mins at the window after we payed guy took our money said see ya later just to walk up 25 mins later to ask what we wanted lol customer service needs work very rude and immature
Jimmy John's is the only fast food place you can get an Unwich - a sub sandwich wrapped in lettuce rather than bread. I totally depend on this option. It's the only fast food I eat. It's much more satisfying to me than a salad. The service at this store was exceptional: cheerful, knowledgeable about food options available, focused on customer care. And so very convenient, making an easy lunch stop when traveling on I-127.
