Today when I stopped there to get lunch, the young lady making my sandwich had a horrible attitude and was completely rude. She didn't give me time to answer any of her questions and was almost yelling at me. I walked out before anything could escalate. I normally have a good experience there but after today won't be going again.

Our sandwiches were wonderful, made just how we wanted and tasted perfect. Everything was fresh and the place was clean and fresh smelling also.

I ordered toasted subs for all three and I also ordered extra lettuce or the more option and got barely any the bread was super soft almost gooey

Absolutely horrible customer service!! We will NEVER choose to eat here again! The store "accidentally" canceled our $46 online/app order. When I called they told me the pending charges will be refunded within a week and I would need to reorder and pay AGAIN for my family to be able to eat tonight!! Are you kidding me??? Not everyone has the ability to just fork over another almost $50 for a dinner or for a mistake that wasn't even theirs. I requested that the manager or owner call me back and it's now after 7 and I've yet to hear anything. Absolutely despicable customer service.

A fantastic location to stop and grab some well made food at an affordable price. I've been stopping here on my way to Gladwin for over 20 years (gotta mosey thru Clare to get to I-10 east). This store has always been on its best game, and is still proving this. Thanks for continuing to provide excellent service to this beautiful place.
