Friendly little bar with great food and good prices. We stopped for lunch and picked them for the broasted chicken. Really good , fresh from the fryer and not greasy. The potatoes that come with it are really big - a 1/4 of a large size potato wedges deep fried. I was disappointed that they didn’t offer a special sauce for those wedges.
The burger was good but not done enough for the hubs. Needs to come out hot off the grill and cooked to order.
We both ordered macaroni salad and it wasn’t great. Packed tightly in a styrofoam cup and dry and tasted like it had tuna or something in it.
We were full and our waitress- who I think was the boss or owner was very kind and that made it all ok. Go for the chicken and wedges! They are great!
I hope they use these notes as constructive and not criticism.
They are off the main drag in a small town and they need the little extra attention to food detail to be the best in town.

Some places do nachos better than others, and the nachos here are pretty great.

Friendly, clean, welcoming, and truly enjoyed the food and staff service.

Excellent Reuben and roasted chicken! Will be back to try other menu and special dishes.

We were on our way home from a trip across the bridge and decided to spend the night in Clare. Picked this place for breakfast and was so glad we did. Our waitress was beyond friendly and kept our coffee cups full. The food was excellent with good proportions. Would highly recommend this little gem and will absolutely be back. Thank you for great food, great service, and a good food experience. Breakfast is 8am - 11am Sat & Sun.

Thanks Tony for working with Tina in getting the details put in place for our event. The Farwell Class of '74 enjoyed holding our 50th reunion out in the private patio. Came in today and everything was so great! Services was wonderful! Food was perfect! It’s been awhile that we’ve had a good restaurant experience and this by far met all our expectations.. we will definitely be back.
