Stopped in drive thru ordered our food and drinks. Got to pick up and no ice in drinks and they were warm. I asked she said oh we are out of ice. Never said when we ordered or picked up . Should have mentioned at order. And i literally drank my frosty it was runny. We stop during our trips north but yesterday was our last. Our previous experiences have not been great.
My husband picked up breakfast for us . I got the totally wrong sandwich. I ordered the Egg, Sausage Swiss Croissant and got a dried out chicken and bacon croissant. I tried calling them and the phone rang 15 times then hung up. I called Wendy’s customer service line, and got no place. I called the service line again, and was told they had no record of my calling. I was given a case number. No one has gotten back to me. This is terrible customer service. Nancy Grover
