Fantastic food and a really enjoyable environment. Went with my boyfriend on Valentines day and had absolutely stellar service from our Olivia, which I appreciate. She made our visit thoroughly enjoyable and I made sure to save our receipt so I could remember to leave a review for her! ♥

I did a Togo order and got sweet heat cheese curds, they were not sweet nor heat. Absolutely no seasoning on them!!! So sad

Ordered chicken parm to go said it was chicken, pasta, sauce, cheese, and basil, but it came with green onions melted into the cheese. When I called to complain the manager said “it’s just a garnish” 1. Onion is NOT a garnish it’s too strong of a flavor to be a garnish, basil or parsley is a garnish, and 2. You don’t put the garnish on under the melted cheese.

Take out food is absolutely terrible! Have got it a couple times and it's not good at all. Not like what you get in the restaurant. Here is a pic of the Caitina Bowl. Soooooooo much cheese and sauce it's like soup and not edible. Don't waste your money!

The food was overpriced and tastes like it was pre cooked and heated up. Wife took one bite of her meal and looked at me like this must be a joke. Mr. Bs is hands down better then this place. I will never come back.

Third time we’ve stopped here. It started great and has progressively gone downhill. Today, the pot stickers were way overcooked as well as the NY steak bites. $70 for two people for lunch and one alcoholic drink. Prices seem to have gone up while quality has declined. Too bad, we thought this place would have maintained a good value.

Made an online order and it took 45 minutes for it to come up, and they were not busy.

Our first visit to Art & Jakes. The atmosphere is a full on sports bar, with wall to wall TVs, drinks and a large food menu. We tried the spin dip as an app which came with tortilla chips. It had lots of cheese and was very good. The pizza was good. I really liked the coconut chicken which came with a rice and vegetable side. The Shawarma chicken was also good. In all, the menu was better than many sports bars with many unusual dishes. We will be back.
