We ordered a thin pizza. After placing order, phone rang. Glad I answered. Was told they were out of thin crust, so they had a driver go to another store to get the crust for us. It took a little longer, but wow, who does this?
So, the week they opened, I ordered a pizza. I should have checked it before I paid for it. Got home and my wife and I were looking at a very dry pizza that was very bad. I wanted to give them another chance, I called and order another pizza, explaining what had happened to my last pizza. The young lady who was also the GM apologized and take care of it, I had her open the pizza box so I can see it. It was great. Delivery was what I expected. Pizza and sandwich were still hot and good.

Domino's Pizza receives mixed reviews. One customer had the best-tasting pasta and pizza ever from a very dedicated employee. The managers are considered the best around for providing good deals and excellent service for large orders. However, another customer received the wrong unique pizza due to an order mix-up.
