As a former JJ's employee, I am absolutely appalled at the sandwiches my family was served today. We ordered online, picked up in store, brought it home to find the bread stale and overcooked. 2/4 sandwiches prepared incorrectly. Very unfriendly staff, none of them seemed like they had any idea what was going on. Clearly they don't.
