Thursday 2-1-2024 whoever is working is the rudest person I’ve ever came across. Was not listing to my order and go inpatient with me after 2 seconds of ordering. I hope whatever narrative she tries to spin to save her job isn’t bought by management. She was so rude I drove away.

I usually order on the app so the subs are ready when I arrive. Great staff who are very friendly and on top of things. My personal favorite is the Italian night club sandwich. They have a few spots to sit inside and a drive through. Not a huge parking lot so ypu may have to park next door at ace.

It’s odd Jimmy John’s slogan is “freaky fast delivery”. I’ve ordered delivery from here multiple times and each time it takes forever. I keep giving them chance after chance hoping they will figure out how to live up to their delivery standards, but they fail miserably time after time. I’m officially done ordering delivery from this location.

The speed of service was basically like the sloths from the movie Zootopia. Very disappointed. Food was just okay, I would recommend going to a different Jimmy Johns; this one unfortunately has some staff training issues that need to be addressed.

I didn't understand why I had to bag my own food up 2 regular sandwiches for #18. 63 one a veggie the other Italian. Young man after wrapping our sandwiches threw them up on the conner with the recipe. I asked him do they get a bag, he response he got other stuff to do sorry, thiers the bags. I'm like wow. I started to just get a refund. But didn't, I get home veggie sandwiche put together any old way. This was my first and last time at this location. Whomever owns this location should make sure people are not being treated disrespectful for no reason.Vegetarian options: I asked for onion pickle and tomato to be added. I wonder if that's why the rude service at the end.

Went into the store and ordered a #12, when I got home I opened the sandwich and it was not #12. It had some kind of salami, onion, lettuce, tomato and oil &vinegar. I looked at the menu and honestly, I can’t tell you what sandwich they gave me, I just know it wasn’t a #12. I didn’t even bother calling the store. The guy taking my order was too busy listening to the music in his headphones, instead of listening to me. I won’t go to this location again.
Constant problems, this store is a mess. Terrible service, takes delivery orders, charges for them, doesn’t deliver the food, doesn’t refund the money. Nobody knows what to do. That is theft. Bunch a kids who are incompetent at a basic job. That’s just for starters.

It just took 25 minutes for one sandwich. I ordered online, I get there and the guy says “they’re making it right now”. So I sit and wait. And wait and wait. Finally I get up and ask another employee, she walks to the end of the counter and lo and behold there sits my sandwich that’s been sitting there for 25 minutes. Go anywhere else but here, effing ridiculous.

These Jimmy John's in the area always have an excuse as to why they can't fulfill the service they are supposed to be doing. Either they are closing early, posting the incorrect hours or can't make deliveries like this location because they supposedly don't have a delivery driver. Jimmy johns delivers! Stop making excuses for not doing what you're supposed to do!
