I really enjoy Jimmy John’s and am even a rewards member but this last order I picked up makes me reluctant to ever come back to this location. Two of the four sandwiches I ordered are supposed to have turkey on them they were #12’s they didn’t have a single piece. I would get it if I asked for something extra but I didn’t the sandwich is supposed to come with it. It is frustrating when you pay 10 bucks for a sandwich each and it is missing a key component
Ordered delivery. Didnt know there wasnt going to be lettuce on my sandwich until I got it. Wouldve been nice to know so I could've substituted to make up for it. My sandwich was extremely small without it. Especially since I order the veggie sandwich.
I went there today and a young lad named Brady helped me out, he was a very kind young man and made me an excellent sub sandwich
