Andrew at self check out was rude refused to get manager and proceed to snatch the wine up and whip it around hitting me in my shoulder. Then when the store manager came Andrew kept running his mouth. And I was kicked out of kroger for obviouslyrunning my kouth back to defend myself. I will not be back. I will be reporting to corporate and the BBB and I will make sure to let everyone know not to shop here. I have 2 family member who have worked for kroger for 10 plus years and I have shopped over 100 krogers in the US doing instacart and not once have I experienced the rudeness and unprofessionalism that Andrew at kroger I Clarkston village off Dixie hwy in michigan displayed.
MEIJER AND KROGER: Why do I need to shop on my phone to get MPERK/Digital coupons. If I'm an Mperks member/Kroger member, I shouldn't have to shop on my phone to get a coupon, so I can go shop at the store. The discount should be applied at the check out when I put in my Mperks #/Kroger #. STUPID IDEA! It also discriminates against the elderly who don't understand how to use this feature.
Went today December 8th about 430pm had to use the bathroom and a Indian guy from the pharmacy went before me on his name tag said Joseph when he came out read his name I went inside urine was all over the toilet and he didn't flush it at all went to pharmacy to let him know with covid as bad as it is he shouldn't be doing that in the bathroom he and other employee act like who cares and Joseph didn't even apologize.
Hire some cashiers. Unacceptably long check out times for such a large chain. One register open, half the self check outs shut down and the remaining self checkouts crowded with shoppers that have carts full of food. Not hurting for the business, give some people a job.
Dirtiest Kroger. Always rude. Service desk people act like you are interupting them doing nothing. Pharmacy gets nothing out on time or as promised.
Today has been the last straw. Besides the filth and the rudeness and the lack of products on the shelves and the deli being closed due to "staff shortage", the pharmacy is it... I have literally been trying to call the pharmacy for 30 minutes. no one answers. People do need medications! I call the main line. I ask if the pharmacy is open, all they do is transfer me. Once again no one answers. The call transfers back then after 5 minutes someone picks up and hangs up. I can certainly find a pharmacy that wants my hundreds of dollars each month.
You have to bag your own groceries or wait forever to have staff do it. Lines are always long. Only come here because I am a mile away but not worth it anymore...rather drive further. My 14 year old applies to work and didn't even get an interview...they need employees but I guess not that bad.
I do not like this Kroger! The Parking lot is small and the customers are rude and some of their employees too!. The shelves aren't stocked. The lines are long. The Uscan is 8 of 10 times closed when I go there. The old grouchy and rude man who works the meat counter is horrible!. I go to the Kroger on Sashabaw in Clarkston and I don't have any issues.
I can’t believe how downhill this and the Davisburg stores have gone since I moved to Florida 16 years ago. The stores are filthy and have no stock. The managers of these stores should be fired and every department managers as well. Absolutely disgusting. Find somewhere else to shop.
This might be the best almond croissant in a 20 mile radius.

Bottle return closed. Was told there's no one to operate it? Apparently they like to sell beverages but don't like taking the containers back!
Drove there three times in the last 2-weeks to do returnables…..returnable area always closed. Called this morning to ask so I didn’t have to waste a 4th trip including loading all my bottles and cans in car again. Asked Kroger rep if returnables area was open…..”Uh, let me check…..no”.. Follow up question….when will it be open? Response “I don’t know” They take your bottle deposit just fine but make it impossible to get your money back.
Went into store and knowone was working in deli! Asked bakery person if they could help me they said no!!! Deli person is on lunch! So went to customer service desk and they told me to bad, id have to wait!!! Not sure but how do you not have someone cover deli while person is on lunch! Like store manager
Great bagels, owner is incredibly nice. Every dessert we’ve tried has been amazing.
I’m so irritated. The click list is beyond bad. Literally every single time the replace my items with stuff that’s not even close. And the staff can never answer my questions. “Ummm I don’t know.” Never say they’ll go check for me. Today I went into the store to buy a few items I forgot, purchased flowers that looked good... till I got home and the stems are full of mold and rotten leaves.
