These folks understand proper Wok cooking. For those not familiar with it, “wok hei” refers to the smoke induction when using a high heat pan. Literally “breath of the wok.”There is no place in southeast Michigan that does it better or more appropriately. I don’t know what the cook’s name is but he deserves a medal.
