This is the first time I’ve ever commented publicly about service. The service at outback steakhouse has always been very good. But today Brittany showed me how you can go from good to fantastic. While everyone else was simply paying attention she put in the extra 10 or 20% on every customer . You guys are very fortunate to have her working there!
I was a line cook at an Outback years ago so we decided to go to this one for my birthday yesterday. We had a great experience! Jacob was an amazing server and was very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!
