“Mallory, who I believe is the manager, is THE BEST! She is always kind when I'm in there super fast with getting orders together and so patient, even when customers are horribly rude to her. She is the reason that this is my absolute favorite McDonald's. Not just for delivery orders I do, but I also drive further to this location for my personal orders. Mallory deserves praise, and a raise 😉😊“
“I’m telling you guys right now, this place was great! The manager was super nice and had a great attitude. There were no soggy limp fries, they were perfect. The quarter pounder was hot, juicy, and delicious. The cheese was actually placed on the burger instead of hanging if the side. Kinda sad I don’t live near here so I can’t go back again. If you guys are driving through, or live near here you need to take time out of your precious day and get some fresh food that is made to order from this McDonalds!“
“Sorry McD's...have to give 4 stars on the food. Only because I ordered fries from inside the restaurant at 10:45 am, picked up immediately, and they were cold. That was kind of troubling now. I will speak on the good points. This is one of the modern McDonald's locations with the kiosk. Really nice seating, TVs and etc. Very spacious and very comfortable seating all the way around. The other food I received was hot other than the fries. The restaurant was extremely clean. And the huge plus: Super nice management. My phone died on me, it was important (very) to have it on (waiting on a medical call) and the manager actually charged my phone while I ate.
EXCELLENT. That is called SUPERIOR customer service.
