“Was there today with a large group of high school performers heading to a competition. Totally overwhelmed the poor server in charge of the front of the house. He acted with poise, and avoided panicking, like I would have. So thanks to Marcus, for showing up today, and doing it good!!!“
“The assistant manager was clearly stressed, as it was a busy time of day. After waiting 13 minutes for my order to arrive ( big mac, 2 cheeseburgers, diet coke), he looked directly in my direction and read out an order number. It was not my number, but I repeated my order code, and he responded in a very defense manner, (Sir we are serving many orders right now.) I was not upset at any point, but felt that the situation escalated quickly. I did not appreciate the response in the manner it was delivered. That being said, the food was delicious. Won't hold one bad customer experience against this location.“
