My wife ordered a small fry, and it was cold so she asked for a fresh order of fries. The girl at the window who rolled her eyes took the fries back inside and put them in the fryer, and this is what she got back. My wife didn't check them for a few minutes because she waited for new fries, when she opened the bag this is what she got I called and the manager said the fries were fresh because she cooked them herself. Well I wouldn't get food from them because they are taking food back inside and putting it back in the cooking oil,they are not supposed too. She most definitely didn't wash her hands after taking the fries from my wife. I will be calling the health department because the manager said that she doesn't answer to anyone but her owner, and she wouldn't give me the owners name.

I’ve tried to call to let them know, but it just goes to a screeching noise then dial tone.
I found a long piece of green plastic (maybe floss?) that we pulled OUT of the top of a chicken McGriddle. This is absolutely disgusting. We can’t tell if it was pushed in after being made or has been inside it for awhile…
We’ve never had anything like this at any fast food place. I took video pulling it out. We will not be visiting this location anymore.

This is second time at a McDonald's that I ordered Mcdoubles with no pickles and got no onions as well. If your out of dehydrated onions use quarter onions!!!

Mallory, who I believe is the manager, is THE BEST! She is always kind when I'm in there super fast with getting orders together and so patient, even when customers are horribly rude to her. She is the reason that this is my absolute favorite McDonald's. Not just for delivery orders I do, but I also drive further to this location for my personal orders. Mallory deserves praise, and a raise 😉😊

I ordered throught the app for my 3 kids to make it a faster stop through the drive thru. I got my food and not a minute later after pulling off to the side, I noticed they forgot my $1 medium fry. So I looped back around and told them that I was missing my fry. They asked for the receipt but I told them it was a mobile order, then asked for the code (which doesn't show anymore) and because I couldn't give them the code, they refused to give me the fry. I told them I was JUST in the drive thru, the guy at the window JUST handed me my food, like how do you not remember?? Then she was accusing me of never being there and was trying to get free food. Um ma'am, no, I just want the fry I paid for FROM HERE (sure it was only a dollar but that was one of my kids food and it was a one time deal). Finally another gentleman helped me and got me my fry. Was it truly that hard?? I never go looking for free food and to be accused of it when I paid for my food but didn't receive it all, is just downright disrespectful and rude. I will never come back to this location!
