One of the best Steaks I've had in a long time. I was in Fort Worth texas a couple weeks ago and this blows away the steak I had down there. This smothered Rybeye was awesome.
The Beer is great also.

My Wife and I just had dinner at Parker‘s Hilltop Brewery and it was phenomenal! Our server was Courtney and the service was impeccable! My wife had the fish tacos and I had the cheesesteak and tater tots, which were awesome!! We were so impressed that I asked for the manager, Kara, and she came right over and was great! I just retired as the longest standing board member of the Michigan Better Business Bureau, at 26 years… I would rate the food and the service at this restaurant, a big A+!!

Went for dinner, happy hours 4$ beers and apps. Got the tater tots truffle these could have cooked longer, the Asian cauliflower was good, ordered the smothered sirloin with mash potatoes and beans, steak cooked perfect, smooth creamy mash and fresh green beans cooked perfect. Good food and good beer.

Updated review, two years later : As always great from scratch food. We just love the decor with portraits of Michigan artists in the music industry. We come here on date night and for large family functions. They offer something for everyone. Kids included! The ribs are sooo good. The fish and chips breaded or broiled, fries or green beans is just delicious! Pierogi, Burgers, sandwiches, pasta….. all spot on! Chips and cheese has much improved queso and salsa. Good job on this improved version. Service has become a little hit and miss at times, however, may be due to newer wait staff?

We love this place for the broiled cod! The tarter and slaw are spot on!!! They hand batter the cod if you order it fried. So good! Ribs are amazing. Not smoked-not boiled so texture and flavor is delish. The ribeye, well it’s just ok. Too thin to get a med-rare and is just choice steak so it eats rather tough for a ribeye. Green beans are always fresh. Steak tips are a must. Chips and cheese with salsa is okay. Cheese sauce is nothing to talk about. Fettuccine Alfredo with blackened chicken was pretty good. Pizza pierogies are yummy !Mac & cheese is pretty good. Everything here is homemade. Everybody can find something on this menu. Staff is friendly. Atmosphere is so cool. Michigan rock artists are hand painted and displayed pool tables and shuffle board too! We usually eat here about once a week. I do wish they had a better quality ribeye steak, even if they charge to make it a larger portion and make it prime. It’s not easy to find a really good steak out there.

We hosted a retirement party here and it was exceptional. Kara the event coordinator was wonderful to work with, accommodating us in every way. Will definitely host here again in the future! Highly recommend!

We rented a room for 36 people for after my wedding. Everything was great: the food, drinks, and service. The manager Kara was accommodating and easy to work with. I wish I got the names of our servers who were great as well. Highly recommend and would definitely book a room again.

The pretzel crusted walleye is fabulous. Did a great job on the Long Island as well.

On a beauteous Saturday afternoon in mid-October I am compelled to get on the ? and go somewhere. And considering my penchant for craft beer and my desire to explore my still-new surroundings, the next stop on the Brewery Discovery Tour is Parker's Hilltop, about 45 minutes from ye olde homestead.
A gorgeous location, and astoundingly massive. It seems like a real-life Tardis, bigger inside than out. There are rooms after rooms after rooms.
The bar area is bigger than some microbreweries. A light colored wood bar dominates the first room with both low-top & high-top tables to the side & beyond. Other rooms are all low-tops and there appears to be a second bar making me think that space can be reserved for private events. And there is a beautiful outdoor seating area out front. Despite the size, it's quiet. Conversations are easy at normal volumes. Unless they are full, then it becomes mych more difficult.
Nice thinking: There are a lot of purse hooks and electrical outlets (with USB connections) by your knees when sitting at the bar. Bonus points!
Entry is easy for all with a long smooth ramp.
The beer list is leaning a bit light (lagers, cream ales, pale ales, IPAs) at my visit though porters, stouts & a wheat wine are represented.
The nitro porter & the wheat wine are delicious.
I looked at the food menu. I must say, it's pricey. I assume it lives up to it. Would be a good date night destination if you're trying to impress or celebrate.

Service was really good, our server couldn't have been better. Everything else could have. Disappointed by the mixed drinks. Sent a chicken sandwich back because it looked inedible. Nachos were good but left a lot to be desired. The cheese steak was awful. Mac and cheese was the only dish everyone said was good. The place was clean and plenty of seating inside and out.

Overpriced mediocre food.
