First time Qdoba customer. Was so excited, but so disappointed. For a burrito. The grilled chicken was horrible, I spit most of it out. The beans cheese, corn salsa, sour cream and tortilla were fine. For$9 and change though (the chicken made it 1 dollar more) it's just a rip off. I ordered on line and service gets 2* because the first guy I asked clearly didn't look at the orders that were ready. I let another guest get their pickup before I asked a different employee to check and sure enough, it was ready. 🙄 The place looked clean and bright but the product just sucks for the price point. Spare yourself and go to a Mexican restaurant or a taco truck instead.

We’ve never had an issue with the quality of food here before, but the chicken in our burrito bowls was off tasting for both flavor and texture. It tasted undercooked, rubbery, nothing like it normally does. We ended up picking out all the chicken. Both bowls were only filled up half way.

I’ve picked up a lot of orders here—food always smells great, the place is usually clean, and most of the staff are friendly. I finally tried it myself on Monday, June 9th around 7 p.m. and the burrito was honestly really good. I’d definitely come back.
That said, there’s one tall young employee who always seems to have an attitude—maybe it’s just with me, not sure. On the flip side, the woman with the backwards hat is always kind, and a tall guy with black hair and glasses helped me out and was awesome. So it’s definitely not all the staff.
