Thank you for ruining our son's birthday dinner. We drove 30 minutes, made a reservation online and even checked your Facebook page. We received confirmation via Open Table from your website and when we arrived, you were closed. Why would you not block reservations or update your website/social media if you were closing on a normal business day. What a terrible way to do business.
Ordered take out Xmas eve, picked up food after waiting for a very long time, drove back home which is 1/2 hour away and noticed they missed an entire order and some sides. Called and was out on hold for well over 1/2 hour and once I got someone I was promised a manager would email me so I could get refunded. Never heard from them, I’m out about 40.00 and to be honest, don’t do their carry out, not as good and very small portions
