Lowkey some of the worst Starbucks seating ever… there is nowhere to plug in your phone or computer, and the one table that does offer outlets doesn’t even fit a modern charging block… if you’re in Clarkston and want to study or work on your computer, I recommend going to the much superior Sashabaw location.

I ordered a Caramel Iced Coffee with regular sugar and shot of espresso they gave me black coffee and then when i asked for it with sugar the lady at the drive thru gives me attitude for wanting my coffee the way i ordered it, maybe because i didn’t hit tip on a drive thru order. lol they also charged me for the shot of espresso and i didn’t get it.

3 rating is based off the outrageously loud music. I am here at 7 am and feel like I am at a rock concert or club. I am trying to do work on my computer, have ear buds maxed out in volume, and I can still hear their music blaring. Absolutely ridiculous! Staff was kind but were tone deaf to the need to cut the volume at least in half. Feel really had for customers with sensitivity awareness issues!

Placed a mobile order this morning at 6:45 for 2 drinks. The order said it would be ready in 5-10 mins. When we arrived at 7:05 my daughter went inside to find her cold drink was ready and my hot coffee was not yet ready. When she asked the man standing near the mobile order counter about my hot coffee and said “it’s probably down there” pointing to the other end of the counter. He never offered to help nor did he ask anyone at the other end of the counter to help her. She waited 5 more minutes and inquired again. She again was dismissed. I had to then come inside and ask about it and the man gave me the same response “it’s probably down there” pointing to the far end of the counter. I walked down to the far end of the counter and there was my coffee sitting under the coffee dispenser- I asked the lady at that end of the counter to help and she said sure. She finished up with another customer and then helped me. She handed me my coffee and I walked out only to find my coffee was lukewarm. Keep in mind it had now been 30 minutes to get 2 drinks that were supposed to be ready in 5-10 mins. I don’t mind waiting a little while but I do mind employees dismissing my daughter not 1 but 2 times, and then when I came inside I was not greeted with helpful respectful employees either. Only to end up with a sub par coffee that was not hot. This was extremely disappointing.

I have never visited this location before. Went to get the medicine tea. Such friendly drive through service! Location is sketchy pulling in and out, but that isn't their fault-just a warning to anyone in that area to use caution!

I ordered my usual sandwich and drink like i do most mornings, and something weird happened and the sausage egg and cheese i ordered two, one for me and my friend, and we both were immediately grossed out by the taste and smell. it was practically uneditable. It smelled like cow manure and or just a straight up barn and tasted almost sour for a sandwich. i had to discard of it because it was so gross, my drink was completely fine but heres a morning without breakfast because the sandwich tasted like a cow pooped on it.

Came in 8/17/25 with young kids. Tough day as mom already, my kids changed their mind on their cookie order. The staff were so accommodating! One experience can change someone’s day!
I have been coming here for years with my wife! We love it and it fuels us for work everyday! I have had some rude encounters with the blonde manager but that is something that comes with starbucks!😅 Just wanted to write a review for the store as they are always working so hard!
