The person who took my order I think his name was Niki was rude as hell then I waited almost 10 minutes for my order definitely won’t be coming back to this location, ontop of the loudness of the inside of the store and my drink tasted like it was almost all water worse drink I’ve ever received from a Starbucks!

I placed a mobile order today and my husband went to go pick it up. He went through the drive through to get it. He received the drinks I ordered but didn’t get the sandwich and didn’t realize it until he got home. I called the Starbucks and told them that we never received our food and would like to have it credited back to my account. The lady stated that the only way to do that was for us to go back into the store to get the refund. (Never once did she say they would remake the sandwich for us to go get it instead either.) When I stated that I couldn’t come in today she said she would put my name down so that the next time I do go in they will GIVE me a FREE sandwich. When I said that it wouldn’t be free because I paid for it and never received it she said that’s all she could do to help me. Now I remember why I stopped coming to this Starbucks. The customer service is crap and so are the drinks. And for the price it’s ridiculous! Do better Starbucks.

I had a term paper due soon, and was looking for a change of scenery to help me focus. I've frequented this Starbucks almost every week, as I grab a drink on my way into work every Friday as somewhat of a tradition, so I immediately thought of it when I was thinking of a place to get some work done.
The customer service has always been somewhat short with words and slow with service, but understandably so given how busy it seems to be. This hasn't ever bothered me, personally.
What I can't excuse, however, is what appeared to be a regional and shift manager absolutely grilling one of the employees in the middle of the seating area. Not only did they take over most of the table (which is also one of only two that have outlets), but seemed to be loudly rehashing some incident that occured a few days ago. I understand that space is limited, but at least have the respect to lower your tone of voice when you're passionately interrogating your employees out in the open.
I came to Starbucks all throughout my undergrad to seek out a welcoming, predictable environment, and this location was a let-down. The coffee is what I've come to expect from Starbucks, but the ambiance at this location leaves a lot to be desired.

Very slow. There was no answer at the drive thru, so after 5 minutes I went inside and it took over 10 minutes for 1 refresher with only one person in line ahead of me.

The new design at Starbucks embraces an open, business-oriented concept, which is cool. The current chair and table setup is nice, but it would be great if they could incorporate more high-profile seating with cushions to enhance comfort.

Wow, that was not very friendly service. I just returned from Europe yesterday and needed help with my jet lag. The cashier literally told the shift leader she needed to get off the register because she was dying up there. I did ask for a recommendation between the cold brew and iced latte. I work customer service so I actually do get it, and it was likely not in reference to me, but …. I typically NEVER choose Starbucks, this reinforces that a smaller specialty coffee shop is better option for me.

This place was hopping Saturday morning. The crew worked together like a finely tuned, expertly choreographed production! It was impressive to watch.
