Early November 13th, my uncle (driver) and I got breakfast from the drive-thru. I handed him my card to pay for the food. When we made our next stop by the Mackinac Bridge to get gas, I told him to use my card. He said he didn't have it and realized he never got it back. Within 24-48 hours of freezing my card, multiple attempts were made to withdraw money via cash app and an online order was placed at Nike for $480. Proceed with caution.

I’ve only ever used the drive-thru but the gentlemen are always so nice and quick with my order!
place is trash...cant even make a a simple taco...I was only person there, and they managed to screw up a basic Order...in fact both waterford locations and both clarkston locations all suck....I travel all over for work, these 4 locations are by fsr the worst out there...assuming same cheap ass owner

This is less about my experience and more about how I was blown away with the customer service they gave to an elderly person trying to order food. A man came out and instantly started helping her with the kiosk no questions asked she tried to apologize for the inconvenience but he didn't even give her a chance and said he's more than happy to do it and that's the level of kindness I haven't seen lately. The food was great and like I said customer service is fantastic. Love this location

Terrible location and customer service. Gave us cold food and refused to remake it without charging us. Absolutely ridiculous management. We were lucky to get our refund by contacting customer service instead. Don’t bother dealing with these people.

Stopped to get my daughter Taco Bell after gymnastics, she got a hard taco and cheesy fiesta potatoes… the guy at the window was super cool, but come on!! The potatoes were hard as rocks!
Kinda pricey, and it was not alot of food for the $ I spent.. it was very hard to see the building from crooks Rd

Nice workers in drive thru I ended up getting just one taco waiting in a long line I appreciate the kindness and happiness. I lost one of my patients today. Kindness goes a long way and thanks for humoring me for waiting in a long line just for one taco lol
