This Taco Bell is just like all the rest. Unfortunately, they only hire incompetent employees who always get your order wrong. Don’t leave the drive through window without checking everything first.

The girl that handles the food that handed it to me needs an attitude adjustment and probably shouldn’t be working with the public if she wants to act like that. She handed my food to me all rude and every taco was smashed and the burrito was smashed. If you don’t like working at Taco Bell get a different job or maybe you’re not qualified enough to work outside of fast food. Not to mention the inside place was dirty. The floor was disgusting. They have computers and touchscreen to take your order and now they have AI through the drive-through. Don’t you think the place should be super clean since the humans barely have anything else to do there. Worst service in the area. 20 min wait times.

Pulled into the drive thru at 10:06, 2 cars ahead of me it is now 10:17 finally placed an order, now 10 cars deep...still no food..finally paying at 10:20!! It's 10:22.. still waiting for food..

It’s Taco Bell; however for a Taco Bell this was a wonderful experience. Montana was kind, hospitable and such a nice person to come across. Wonderful neighborhood Taco Bell.

After going through the same hellish experience twice, I want to make it clear that I will never be coming back. To the owner of this place: train your staff properly if you don’t want your business to fail. Let me tell you — I may be a kind and patient person, but I’m not kind enough to wait over 30 minutes, twice, for tacos that are skimpy, smell bad, and are made with zero care or effort. I’ve never had tacos this disappointing in my life.

The 2 guys working tonight around 8pm on 3/18 are by far the nicest and most efficient fast food workers I have ever encountered, they deserve a raise!! Also food & drinks tasted good per usual

Charged me $18 for a quesadilla, Crunchwrap, and a freeze drink. Came at 10:30 at night and no exaggeration the wait to get my food with only 2 cars in front of me was TWENTY minutes. Nearly asked for a refund. Will not return.

Better than most taco bells in the area. Food was made right, and hot. They suffer from the kiosk service issues that most places have, which is they ignore anyone that walks in, even when the orders are ready, but maybe that's the new norm, I hope not.
