Whoever was working the window at 7:37 p.m. tonight 12/28 was superb. Provided excellent customer service. Polite and very friendly. The AI taking my order tried to hit me with 50 drinks. The young lady at the window with care of it quickly and with a smile. You need more like her

Where to start. Waited for a toco for 25 mins.... it was wrong. 90% of the menu you can not order because they do not have the food to make it. The one older gentleman working here is very nice but he can clearly not do it all on his own. Will not be back will not recommend

There’s definitely been a change in management here the last year or more. This Taco Bell has been my go to for my entire life. Up until recently they have had stellar customer service, now there is literally zero customer service at this place. They screw up every order no joke. no chance I will ever come here again. The food is not made well at all.

came here and overheard the workers say its just the two of them. its a Saturday evening and its just two workers? not okay. these two boys need raises because two people on a weekend night is unacceptable especially with taco bell being a popular place later at night its just gonna get worse for them. please take better care of your workers.
The bell has gone downhill . It used to be a go to and now its 15 $ for 2 sad tacos and no apple empenadas. What has this world become. Update : day 3 and still i have not gotten my promised caramel apple confectionery ... my holy joly spooky spirit for taco bell is dwindling.🥲
