When you go to a fast food place, you expect the food to come out somewhat fast. I waited 30 minutes at 9 PM for three softshell tacos with just meat and cheese. I don’t know if they only had one person working in there or what but that is ridiculous

They gave me an extra cinnamon cream thing which are fire also the Crunchwrap supreme is cash and don’t get me started on dat Bajja 😋. Also ai voice is fun suprise and a great talker 😊
I should know better, but I decided to go to this Taco Bell. Once again, got home to find out items were missing that I paid for and the items that were made, were made incorrectly. Normally I would chalk it up to they were busy. There wasn’t anyone in front of me or behind me. Being a disabled veteran, it’s not easy for me to leave my house. Stay away from the Taco Bell next to Speedway!!! It’s worth the extra 5 minute drive to go to the Taco Bell across from Overtime Bar and Grill, the staff is always nicer, and they know what they’re doing.

Longest drive thru wait ever!! We waited almost 60 minutes in the drive thru. There was only 3 cars in front of us. Once we got to the window and paid we sat there over 30 minutes. Not once did they come back to explain the delay or apologize. The girl that took our order was literally just standing there almost the whole time. If they were short staffed why didn't she step in to help. We had to eventually knock on the drive thru window before they came back and said anything to us. They told us they would give us extra chicken tenders for the inconvenience. They randomly threw 2 tenders in the bag with the rest of the food , not even boxed up. Absolutely ridiculous!!
