I order lunch for my office regularly from this location (order delivery from their app), and the orders are consistently wrong and we NEVER get straws. I have spoke with customer service before and they have sent me gift cards as apologies, but each time we order we do not receive straws and at least one person's order is wrong. I understand this location is short staffed, but this has been happening for 20 months now. Save your time and order from a different location
Third time to this location with an issue. Two times was waiting at the drive through for 20 minutes as the second car in line and this time waited 7 minutes in drive through then drove around to lobby to find out the issue was the computer system.

The smoothies are not made well - they taste like and have the texture of a 7/11 slushee rather than a "healthy" (or at the very least made with real fruit) smoothie. The staff is fine despite what other reviews say. Not really sure what people expect from minimum wage???
