I ordered my usual smoothie. An avocolada with ginger, extra kale & spinach(I usually add extra pineapple but forgot). The item was prepared accurately and handed to me with a smile as I walked into the store(good timing).

Leilani and Sage are both awesome! My friend and I came in to grab a couple smoothies and a bowl during a rush and was greeted by a sweet smile by Leilani. Sage held down the drive through which was wrapped around the building. These two ladies absolutely went into grind mode and made 12 smoothies, 4 salads, a bunch of wraps, and more in no time at all! Solid A-1 service. Quality food. Clean and friendly atmosphere. Really this place has a solid crew around all shifts. This is the by THEE BEST TSC. I don't go anywhere else.

Amazing service! My first time and I have a dairy allergy. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. My niece needed guidance and the staff pointed us towards the kids menu which we hadn't noticed. Everyone was so patient and gave us time to read and sort things out. The modifications were all correct on our food! The smoothies were delicious! Great experience

Terrible service , gnats everywhere I even seen some come out of the chocolate mangement is very rude and snarky . The crew was very nice though My food is always cold and my smoothies are never blended properly, definitely will not come back to this location

I’ve notice whenever a certain employee I think his name is Britton is working the drive thru my total is always $2 higher than when he’s not working the register and today I figured out why! He doesn’t ring us up as a smoothie combo when we order food too and the other employees do! I also can’t stand how he speaks to me! He’s unprofessional and rude in a condescending way.

HORRIBLE service! The male employee working the drive thru was extremely rude. Very condescending and not a good ambassador for the company. I would not bother visiting this location. IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!! I did not finish placing my order and left the restaurant. I wasn’t about to spend a dime at this place.
Always friendly and fast. The food is great and smoothies are good. One time they made a mistake with a substitution and fixed it right away. The guy who works in the morning is so helpful and friendly.

I rarely go to Tropical Smoothie so i don't have a clue what to get however, Britton (not sure if j spelled his name correctly) gave a phenomenal suggestion! I loved it to much i called him from another tropical smoothie to get the custom blend today!! Which was a great reminder to leave a review. Britton made my overall experience fun and enjoyable. The food and beverage were also on point just like the service! Thanks so much!!!

Please stop making the smoothies with so much ice!!! The past two times I’ve got my smoothie there is barely any flavor in it, and I can barely even drink the thing because It’s almost frozen. With the amount of money paid Per smoothie, it should always be spot on and your employees should be trained properly. Fix this immediately or I will never return. Also, whoever is preparing the apple slaw doesn’t know proper quantity. I literally ate it in two bites. Also fix this immediately and train your employees properly. It’s a sad world we live in that we have to leave such negative comments for such an expensive place.
