“I was in town from Houston and this place popped up on one of my socials so we thought we would give it a chance. Boy are we glad we did. We had a bacon egg cheese sandwich on an Asiago bagel, it was perfection. My son had a double chocolate muffin that he kept referring to as a big beauty. These guys took great care of us explaining all of their options and making great suggestions. 10/10 we will be back for sure“

“I go to Brueggers almost every day. The ladies are so fast. I never wait. They know we are on our way to work. I can't start my day without their coffee. “If you want an outstanding bagel, you MUST try New York Bagel. I walked in and was greeted with such friendly energy from the lady at the cash register. Fresh Parmesan bagels were coming right out of the oven, so of course I couldn’t pass them up. How fantastic. Crunchy outside, soft steamy inside, most delicious flavor. And for a mind blowing price. Overall amazing establishment and I will absolutely return here for more bagels.“

“The food? Amazing. I have always loved Einstein bagels. However, I have to say, the young woman working the order register needs to improve her customer service skills. When I walked in, she was chatting with another young woman who was working there. As I approached the register, she turned her back on me rather than greet me. When she turned around she still said nothing to me. When the manager asked her why she was having a conversation instead of assisting me, she said,"she's looking at the menu!" I was looking at the menu because she was obviously too busy to ask me if I needed assistance.“

“This location is located inside the gas station and is very convenient if you want to grab a quick sandwich with coffee to go. I had an Asiago bagel with cream cheese for 7 bucks. 5 Stars for the girl working at the counter as she was very polite and helpful.“

“I placed a catering order with Jersey Bagel over the phone for an early Sunday morning pickup, and the entire experience was seamless. When I arrived, Natalie was already there and had everything prepped and ready to go. She wheeled the order out to my car, and the presentation was great. Natalie was super friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend their catering service for any holidays or events!!! Reliable, well-organized, and delicious!“

“Tasty turkey is similar to before COVID. NovaLox has lost what made it special: they took the smoked salmon off, so this is a bagel with cream cheese, onions and crepes.
Other than this: this is a normal Einstein pre-COVID experience.
The service was polite but also a bit slow and they only had one person up front at first.“

This is the Lawrence Tech. Location. It is open for students and staff during the day and is separate from the Southfield road location. Moreover, the staff here always goes above and beyond for me and my sidekick. I can not say I have had a more positive experience in any other local coffee shop. “I’m originally from Brooklyn and am pretty picky about my bagels, Brooklyn Bagel hits the mark. I live in Plymouth but find myself at Brooklyn Bagel to get my fix. The outer layer isn’t too hard and bagel itself is soft in the inside. The egg bagel has the touch of sweetness I like. The cinnamon sugar bagel is another favorite of mine. I’ve switched to getting a toasted sesame bagel with cream cheese and it’s perfect every time. The shop itself reminds me of the bagels shops in NYC. So happy to have found Brooklyn Bagel. It’s worth the drive for me.“

“I’ve been driving past this place everyday for the last year and just recently stopped in and haven’t stopped since. I am always greeted when I walk in and the women are super helpful. My first time she explained the entire menu to me and all the options. Even told me what bagels just came out of the oven. And when I tell you it was UNREAL I mean it! Egg and sausage sandwich on Asiago was so fresh and so tasty. I’ve gone a handful of times since and ever single time I walk out in a better mood. This place instantly became one of my new favorite spots for breakfast and coffee in the entire Metro Detroit area. I ordered the goat sandwich and a cortado, and every bite and sip felt like a chef-crafted experience.

The goat sandwich was unreal — rich goat cheese with incredible depth of flavor, perfectly seasoned, and served on what might be the best sourdough bagel I’ve ever had. The sourdough bagels at Mad Nice deserve their own spotlight.
