It's a take out only shop. Spotlessly clean but with delicious food selections. I've only ever had the pasty, stuffed cabbage to go and carrot cake. I've not had the pizza.

This pizza is so good! My husband is from Pittsburgh where you find more pizza shops than dandelions and he thinks this is the best in SE Michigan. And I agree! I ate two slices on our way home. Can't wait to try other things from the place.

After seeing a Facebook reel, my daughter and I decided to try it out. We were glad we did! We got 1 beef and 1 chicken that we split with gravy, of course. They were delicious and tasted just like the ones in the UP. I would recommend Barb's to anyone who is looking for delicious stuffed pasties. We did also get the chocolate chip cookies which were soft and delicious as well. We will be coming back for more!!

Had Barb's pasties for the first time today. My Mom's name was Barb and she was a Finn from the UP. She made some great pasties, but I think the ones I ate today give them some serious competition. We will definitely be back.

Owner was great. My wife got fresh carrot cake that was awesome. We got a pizza and it was very good. Definitely made by someone who cares about what they are doing. Could have used flavored crust though. My pastie was good was about as close to authentic as I've found. It was a little light on meat but not bad. I didn't care for gravy though.
I was craving pasties, did a search on my phone, and ended up here. I ordered beef and rutabaga pasties and they were very good.

I recommend Barbs to everyone! These pasties are U.P. quality. Gotta have the rutabaga. Whenever I'm on a job near barbs I mention it for lunch, and was there last week. You can get gravy which is just a brown gravy or some peeps like ketchup. (?) I guess yoopers love the ketchup. Don't get me started on the cookies. They are huge (that's what she said), delicious and not very expensive. All staff very friendly.

A little disappointed, the pastie had carrots inside instead of rutabaga, an original pastie (I am from the copper country), had rutabaga inside.

Barb’s pasties are definitely worth the trip to go get them. And while you’re there, you better leave with a carrot cake. Awesome!!!! You don’t have to go to the U. P. anymore for pasties just head over to Clawson.

Sooooo good! I highly recommend Barb's Pasties and Pizza. Genuine U.P. pasties, but a lot closer to home. The service was fast and the ladies were very friendly. I will definitely be back!
