The cashier had a big smile and was very polite. The store was clean and well maintained. The only reason I give it a 4 is because the food was good, just not 5 star good. Also, small portions for the 2 meats. Everything else was nice.
Found myself in Clawson today at lunch time. Found Woodpile with Google.I ordered the weekday lunch special for $12.95 - one meat, one side and a pop - and got a second side becauseI couldnt decide. Still under $20 with tip.The lady at the counter was very pleasant and possessed an honest sense of humor and wore a smile the whole time.One bite of the brisket, before sauce and without the bun, and I knew I'd be back here. Great BBQ, the ribs actually have some meat on them unlike some other places. The sauce selection is very good too. Great cole slaw and baked beans too. Prices seem a little high, but you get quite a bit for it, especially in the sides.
