I enjoyed my meal today! Rib tips, spicy sauce, Mac n cheese and slaw. Cooking was spot on on, a good amount of smoke. Meat was tender and juicy. Sides were generous and flavorful. The owner/chef and I watched tv and I enjoyed listening to him talk about his buisness, cost increases and his love for bbq!
Amazing food and fantastic service. Chef collier is something special. Get the brisket!
went for my son birthday none of the food was hot. the best thing about this place was the faygo pop. ribs was okay the sauce was nasty, mac&cheese was nasty no taste, The greens had a vinegar taste. None of the food was hot at all very disappointed
Being from Texas I have a pretty high standard when it comes to BBQ. This place did not disappoint 1 bit!! The beef Ribs with the smoked Mac and Chesse was a perfect combo. Definitely a BBQ joint worth checking out!

Vegetarian options: When you go to the restaurant, he has vegan food
On the menu like vegan green with no meat. And here's also vegan baked beans and minimum
more food on the menu for you to go to try them.
Parking: You can park in front of the restaurant and on the side and in the back
Kid-friendliness: When you go to the restaurant, they already give you a big smile on their face. And if make you feel like you're home.
Wheelchair accessibility: In side the restaurant they have a rap right at the door so the wheel chair can get in and out of the restaurant.

Have never eaten in, but I'm slightly addicted to the Tofu revival bowl. Food is fantastic.
Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian revival bowl with smoked tofu and mac n cheese.

It’s ok. I can make better bbq though. Their dishes lack salt. The chicken was a little dry. It has small town local joint vibes that may throw you off but it’s cool.

This is the best barbecue restaurant I've had in my life. Tried them at Arts Beats and Eats, and went out of my way to try the actual restaurant and was not disappointed - excellent service, wonderful atmosphere, and food that will live rent-free in my head until I return (revival bowl was inctedible). Will be telling everyone I know about House of Barbecue; thank you Omar for your wonderful service!

This is not hyperbole: they make the best barbecue in the area. I have tried all the barbecue around here, and I compete in BBQ competitions myself. Trust me, this place is worth your time. And to top it off, Chef Collier is an awesome guy. He served my son and I today and it was just a great experience. We also had some of their homemade key lime pie and sweet potato pie. Phenomenal!!! The brisket, oh mannnn. You will never find better brisket. My 6 y/o son said “this tastes like Heaven!”

I pass this place every day and finally tried it. I’ve always eaten at the bbq place across the street but I’ve been missing out. HUGE portions. The pulled pork was amazing and all of the sides were phenomenal. I’m a corn bread connoisseur and I’ll go back just for that.
Omar was an excellent and friendly server! When we mentioned our power was out, he jokingly offered us the remote. My fiancé and I shared the BBQ for two sample platter, which was enormous and filled with everything we wanted. House of BBQ also has many vegan and dairy-free options, which is fantastic for those of us who avoid dairy. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely return! 10/10
The interior of the restaurant looks like a Greek restaurant the food took forever was very unimpressed

The place isn’t much to look at. The meat wasn’t fall off the bone like we’d hoped. The sides were great. We’re willing to give it another try.
