Based on reviews, The Viridian Room is a fun atmosphere and cool spot with a small, intimate space. The vibe is great, and it is cleverly decorated for the season. The service is exceptional, with kind and personable bartenders who are prompt. The drinks are fantastic, with a small menu of craft cocktails and a full bar. Specific cocktails mentioned include the sting like bee, the PYT made with mezcal, chartreuse and ginger, and the Midnight in Belize, which was AMAZING. A welcome champagne cocktail is served. Food includes a beignet for dessert. The music was surprisingly loud and very modern, which broke the speakeasy illusion. Make sure to get a reservation and password before arriving. One reviewer had an initial issue with a closed restaurant despite a reservation, but the manager reached out, was kind and apologetic, and offered to reschedule with a free appetizer. The reviewer returned and had wonderful drinks and a snack.
