This has to be one of the worst experiences we had at restaurant. From the time we ordered to getting our food almost 2 hours and 4 out of 8 entrees were undercooked like raw in the middle.. The manager didn’t even bother to come to the table like it didn’t care. The server did the best she could and apologized for the issues..

So we stumbled upon this place last year looking for prime rib and we have not stopped coming since. The menu is huge and we plan to try it all. Everything we’ve had is DELICIOUS. Drinks are great and they have live music with a dance floor on the weekends. The servers are super kind as well! 10/10

Once we received our food, it was lukewarm at best, but after sitting for 2 hours with mostly empty drinks and little attention from the waitstaff we did not want to bother sending the food back. We had been looking forward to trying this place for a long time but will not be returning and will not recommend it to others. The live music was nice, though, and the waitress did apologize as we left.

Unfortunately, this is what medium rare looks like at Clawson Steak House. Also served my baked potato unscored, not cut open at all, just a whole potato sitting on a plate. Just expected more for the price. Service is excellent, however, and great cocktails.

Was really looking forward to eating here. We ordered 3 of the ribeyes and I of the deep fried shrimp. Unfortunately all of our food came out cold. They did bring more baked potatoes but, those were still room temp at best. The steaks were supposed to come out on hot plates sizzling and they were barely hot. If we hadn’t spent close to $300 I would even be complaining but, for the money and hype I expected a lot more.
Have not eaten here but the person answering the phone yesterday morning was rude.

I went there to celebrate my wedding anniversary, and the service was horrible. We had an 8:00 reservation, and weren’t served our dinner until 10:30! The service was terrible, and when the food finally came out, it was cold. For the amount of money we spent, it was definitely not worth it.
