BEST BREAD = SICILIAN LOAF I NEVER HAVE THESE TYPES OF LOAFS SLICED BECAUSE WE TEAR OUR BREAD LIKE GOOD ITALIANS AND THE LEFT OVER (IF ANY) SLICES WOULD DRY OUT TOO QUICKLY.
