I recently ordered a customized cake for a 40th birthday party and the process was so easy from start to finish. I texted with the bakery to explain and send pics of what I was looking for which was super convenient. I really appreciated their prompt and professional process. The cake turned out 10 times more beautiful than I could have even imagined. Pictures truly don’t do it justice! Everyone at the party was awed by how gorgeous it was. BUT how beautiful the cake was is not why I’m writing a review. Every person at the party (about 50 people) went NUTS over how delicious it was!!!! It was the talk of the party! The most fluffy and decadent birthday cake I’ve ever had, the frosting was perfectly sweet but balanced, and the middle cream layer was heavenly!! I wish I had business cards to hand out because the cake truly was the star of the party! First impressions: the store was spotless. You can actually see the team mixing dough, scooping, and baking everything right there. It feels more like a bakery than a chain. The staff greeted me right away, didn’t rush me, and even gave me honest opinions on which cookies were actually their favorites instead of just upselling. That alone made the experience feel more genuine.

Now the cookies—unreal. I don’t know what kind of magic they use, but these things are huge, warm, and soft in the middle without being raw. I tried the classic chocolate chip first just to get a baseline, and it might honestly be the best chocolate chip cookie I’ve had from any bakery. Perfect balance of crispy edges and a gooey center.

Then I tried the weekly specials, and that’s where they really hooked me. Every flavor actually tastes like what it’s supposed to taste like. The textures, the toppings, the fillings—nothing feels lazy or thrown together. You can tell they put real effort into each recipe, and the presentation is ridiculous. These things look like they belong on a commercial.

Price-wise, yeah, they’re a little more expensive than regular cookies, but these aren’t regular cookies. One is basically a dessert all by itself, and the quality backs it up. I don’t mind paying for something that actually tastes like premium ingredients were used.

Overall, Crumbl surprised me. I thought it was just hype, but I get it now. Great service, great atmosphere, and honestly some of the best cookies I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be back—probably more often than I should.“

“4 star, could have been 5star if they bake the bread a little longer

1. Location is convenient. I don't have to drive to Dearborn for man'oushé (flat bread) if I am nearby for work.
2 Everything is fresh, bread is roll off from a machine at the back and then bake in the brick oven. They need to bake it a little longer because the back of the bread is sort of white.
3. Meat bread is not oily for some reason. more tomato flavor compare to other bakery. Maybe that's how the owner likes it.
4. Zaatar flavor is mild, herb is not overwhelming. Maybe because I ate it when it was cold.
5. Cheese bread is good, bread is thick like pita bread which is odd.
