Best Thai food that I have found so far in the area. This was my first time dining in. Atmosphere wasn’t the best, but the food and service were great! Think of will go back to carry out though.

I've been coming here for years and the food is always good. Just know that the menus shown online are woefully outdated with the prices now much higher. In fact, when I went in yesterday (8/20/24)to the 19 & Garfield take out only branch, there were not any prices even shown on the menu board. Furthermore the takeout paper menus on the counter showed the price of a dinner shrimp pad thai as $16 but I was charged $17.50 for my phone in order.

Our favorite Thai restaurant in the area we have tried so far!! Very good, but the wonton wrapper on the crab rangoons was super dense/firm. I’m used to them being a bit more airy. A bit expensive also. 2 orders of pad thai with crab rangoons cost us about $50. I’m used to closer to $30. Staff was super nice!!!

THEY HAVE BUGS IN THEIR FOOD!!! Decent service, but this is just nasty and uncalled for! I can't believe my eyes!

THEY HAVE ROACHES!? I decided to give this place a try one evening with a colleague, and as we grabbed our drinks after cashing out, we noticed a few roaches crawling away from the kitchen on the floor. I was sick to my stomach. Health department has been contacted.

Trying close to home places.
Walked in about 5 p.m. on a Wednesday on my way home.
There was one group eating in. The place was clean and orderly. The artwork was a nice touch in what is a rather nondescript & non-traditional looking Thai restaurant.
The woman at the counter took my order, once I made an actual decision, quickly and showed a solid sense of humor.
I swear it only took about 3 minutes before I had my food, ready to hit the street. So I did.
I ordered extra hot cuz I like it that way, duh. If the levels are 1-5, from none thru mild, medium, hot & extra hot, I'm glad I went full tilt because it feels like a strong medium. Reference point established.
I ordered the Pad Pak with squid. When I got home, the food was still quite hot. The quantity is huge, too. There was enough for me to get two meals out it. The flavor was very good. I see many more visits here in my future. ?
There are 2 other locations, as well, Rochester & Washington Township.

Vegetarian options: Although not listed as a protein choice on the menu, I suspect tofu might be available but definitely ask. And if not, you can still skip the animal flesh.

Dietary restrictions: Numerous dishes are indicated as being gluten free for those needing, or wanting, to avoid it

Parking: Plenty of it.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a concrete barrier/median between the main part of the parking lot and the store front. There is no curb cut in front of this store but there might be towards one of the ends. (Sorry, I forgot to look. ?)

I've literally been a patron of this location for over 20 years. It used to serve amazing food with super affordable prices. Now it doesn't serve either of those things. Now-a-days, I only order a few times a year due to location and rising prices, but I always seem to be disappointed in the quality of food. The ingredients and recipes have definitely changed for the worse through the years and the price you now pay is no longer worth mediocre food.

I ordered two dinner portions from them several days ago, and again, I was disappointed in the flavor, ingredients, and preparation of the food. Sadly, I feel this will be the last time I order food from Bangkok Cuisine, which is unfortunate because I have so many great memories of eating their food with friends and family through the years.

Typical Thai restaurant, nothing special. One of the more expensive Thai restaurants around (at least in my opinion.)

Bring cash as they charge extra if you use a card.

Overall decent food.

I’ll stick to my regular Thai restaurant, even if it’s father.
