My Experience
I had been coming to this store for almost a year and was a rewards member. I ordered a smoothie and told them no banana. When I got the smoothie home, I discovered there was banana in it. When I called, the employee lied about not putting the banana in my smoothie. Everyone knows the taste of a banana. She then gave me a manager who didn't offer to replace my smoothie. I spent $10 on a smoothie that I didn't want to drink because of the banana. The fruit and greens were not fully pulverized in the blender, resulting in a lot of unblended food that I had to keep taking out of my mouth. Into the trash the smoothie went.
If you do something incorrectly, it is the responsibility of the company to correct its mistake. This is bad business. I guess they didn't want to replace it and lose money, but I also took a loss because I placed my order correctly. The employee didn't read and pay attention to my online order. I am not going to this location anymore; it was a waste of a drive and money. There is another smoothie shop closer to my house, another company. I will just go there next time.

I was unwelcomed with the girls working they were very rude and had no respect whatsoever. There was hair in my food and they should be FIRED!!

I frequently order from this location because it's near my home. Beyond has a really good product, however the service is sometimes good and other times not(hit or miss). I was outside watching the employees for whatever reason not answer the phone when I called several times to try to place my order in an empty location with no current customers. I was trying to avoid having to go in twice to place and pick up my order in a bad snowstorm. Please train them to multi-task in a fast paced environment to avoid inconvenience.

I ordered a MYO salad, majority of it was kale stems when I got home to eat it. I didn't want a refund, I called and just wanted to get a replacement salad and the manager Nicole went back and forth with me as if I ordered a full course meal. I offered to provide pictures because it wasn't enough salad to eat and yet I was told no refund and no replacement salad. Basically it is what it is..... Her attitude was unprofessional and condescending. POOR CUSTOMER SERIVCE AND MANAGEMENT

Terrible service. I come here often & the workers are very rude. I waited over 15 minutes for my online order that I placed ahead of time. The staff needs training on how to greet & treat customers. I am shocked by the lack of unprofessionalism. I will not be coming back here.
