I frequently order from this location because it's near my home. Beyond has a really good product, however the service is sometimes good and other times not(hit or miss). I was outside watching the employees for whatever reason not answer the phone when I called several times to try to place my order in an empty location with no current customers. I was trying to avoid having to go in twice to place and pick up my order in a bad snowstorm. Please train them to multi-task...
Inconsistent service. I go here for the experience of healthy choices and when I find it I like to stick with it, but each place has totally different ways of service. Other than that I will live with patronizing BJ+E
My husband and I went for a lunch date. We enjoyed the wraps and smoothies. We tried the chili and it was good but more like a veggie soup consistency with a little meat in it but still good. Id have to say the pricing is high but we will be going back to try more.
