Went in there Xmas Eve wanted 2 hot chocolate and was hot water no flavor at all
Staff are off-putting. Got my mango tea boba and realized after drinking some (already almost home) there was a bunch of big black flakes at the bottom. Reached out to them and sent pics but got no response. I paid $7 for something I couldn't even drink because what the heck was in my drink????
I got the green matcha with mango balls it was so delicious and they ate so fast

I love taking my kids here! They look forward do it every weekend. All of their drinks are amazing and the ice cream is to die for. Highly recommend.

I don’t know what type of people you have working here but these teenagers have to go. Rude no manners. All they do is give you a blank stare. I would definitely give a zero. Their behavior makes somebody not want to return back
Worst customer service ever the guy works there extremely rude and doesn’t help the customers if the order was wrong so save ur money don’t go to this place
I drink boba all the time. This was my first time trying this place. I ordered my usual drink I would order at any other store. Noticed the popping boba had an unusual texture once popped but just chalked it up to possibly cheap supplies. Later on that night, I got sick. The type of sick where you know it was food poisoning related. It has been years since I was ill like that. I instantly thought of the offish boba from the drink! Either the product was old or spoiled from incorrect storage.
WILL NOT be visiting the shop again.
