Made a reservation for 7:00pm, we arrived at 6:37pm and were asked to wait till our 7:00 time slot since they had a 20 minute wait anyways. The dining room tables were filled about 1/3 of the way. Another 1/3 were covered in dirty plates and the other 1/3 sat empty. When we walked in at 6:37pm, there were 3 other people waiting to be sat. Once 6:51pm hit, 8 people walked in, waved and spoke to a worker like they knew them and made their way to the bar. At that time, the bar server came to the front and told the girl to no longer seat any more guests. Another guy working also came to the front and told her the same. They turned the 3 girls down who were waiting at 6:37pm and had them leave. We asked if we should leave and she said yes. Yet, we had a reservation for 2 people and then 8 people just walked to the bar, sat down and were being served while we weren't. The whole experience was terrible. If you close at 8:00pm, do not allow a 7:00pm reservation and if you're short staffed, then figure out another solution.

I ordered the garlic parmesan wings and the and side salad. I know it not hard to get wings wrong but when the first arrived they were dry with no sauce. So I sent them back. I guess that got on the cooks nerves so the cook as send the wings back with the sauce poured on top. (See picture) with a sauce on the side. I found that to be very rude. Also the garlic Parm sauce was disgusting I couldn't even eat it. It had a fishy taste to it. Other complaints fries came to my table cold every one had to send something back. The burger had hair in it. Our family was very disappointed. Save your money there are berr places. It was empty for a reason.

Ok so i road past this spot for the longest and was scared to try it, Anyway i love food and once i saw they had sushi i was sold! not only is the sushi good but the burgers and fries is too. I have been back more than once and every time it's just so good. Perfect amounts and excellent taste of course!

Food was great. Arrived when the restaurant just opened. Hardly any tables had patrons at this time. The TV was a little loud so it was hard to have a conversation. The server seemed annoyed with having to take our orders and never asked if we needed refills on our drinks. But the food was good so we will try one more time to see if the service is a little better.

We ordered sliders, kids meals, fries and sushi. Everything was fresh tasting and delicious! The staff were all very friendly. The host was inviting and our server Mia was so polite and attentive. We will be back!

Shocked by price for 2 with one coke and one water…$50! I upgraded my fries and had the Pick Three so probably most expensive option possible. The three sliders I chose weren’t that great to cost that much. My son liked his more simple/classic sliders though. They have a robot that delivers your food, kinda cool, but it wasn’t behaving perfectly so not sure it really saves any work for anyone.

Servers were confused, had to come back several times to get small sides (caesar salad & side salad,) place was insanely energetic with kids all over the place. Servers were nice and food was good.

Burgerfin was certainly a coin flip on whether it was going to be a good experience or a poor one. One place specializing in two totally opposite kinds of foods can't work, right? Well, I didn't get to try both types of food, but I did have the sushi - their special Fin roll, and I thought it was delicious! We also got the loaded fries, which were good fresh, but also as leftovers the next day in the toaster oven. It was slightly pricey but quite filling and I would consider going back to try some of their other rolls or maybe some sliders.

The food was extremely overpriced, especially for it being so bland. You'd think for a slider place, there would be at least a little flavor. But, nope! I would not recommend going here. I literally told my husband that I feel like I'm eating a $15 version of a Wendy's hamburger. Save your money and go somewhere else.
Friendly staff. Service food and atmosphere were all good. Being served by a robot was a surprise. Our waiter was really nice! We had the California roll sliders loaded and poutine fries. Finished with the apple skillet dessert.

Had Pontine Fries from others resturants-Basically Just Gravy. You have to Step-It's More: Bring The Flavors by Seasoned The Gravy before you even serve the Pontine Fries???

My experience was OK, but I wouldn't personally come here over something like Fuddrucker's or the Five Guys across the street. But the sushi surprising tasted great. Would recommend ordering the Fin Sushi if it's in your budget. On the other hand, the wait time after ordering left a lot to be desired. The food wasn't worth the 40+ min wait

Service was a bit weird but compared To other tables I didn't feel I should complain too much. Just simple glances for refills or an update that food might be taking a bit longer doesn't hurt. I'd rather be acknowledged, and the server should not be afraid to be honest with news like that, people appreciate that more than just letting 30+ minutes go by for a couple kids meals and not pointing out something might be up. It's fine

I really enjoyed the service. Our waiter was nice enough to suggest yummy items on the menu. I really enjoyed the lobster slider and boneless chicken wings. The fries, hot chicken slider and all American slider was just okay.
