It would be nice to have a order correct. When a server talks to you through the drive thru window with her back turned. You ask to repeat they had a attitude, and decided to close the window as you are talking. Maybe if you take the cowbell out your nose and conduct yourself as a human..just possible you will have better service skills for this place. This is the 2nd time same mess. Im sure other customers had the same issue. Management needs to step in and clean up the workers.

Food is checkers food can't hold it up to anything that has great taste to it. But over all it has pretty good service from what I have experienced.

Went there at 7:30pm last night, 3 workers standing outside behind the order screen smoking weed. Then asked me how many sandwich’s i ordered, then ran in to make them. Workers have to get high at this location to make your food. Probably didn’t even wash their hands. Good food, horrible staff.

Every time I order from them through DoorDash the food his old and cold. My kids ordered last night just before they were closed and you should see the mess they sent out this establishment. So tonight I go back this time and place the order ask to speak with the manager he's African American I can't tell you his name because he wasn't wearing a name tag. But I showed him the pictures of the food we received and asked him could everything be made fresh. His response was with them type of pictures DoorDash should've definitely gave you some of your money back. Instead of him trying to fix the mistake he went on to charge me for the food I paid they handed me the slushies and asked me to pull up while he make my order fresh. I get home and it's still not right. No bacon on the big beauford and the apple pies are missing. Idk what kind of people you all hire or what their comprehension level is but something needs to be done. See attached photos from last night vs today even the packaging of the food is better.

I grow very tired of fast food restaurants asking(forcing) you to drive ahead of the window where you're supposed to receive your food, to help them cheat their corporate system on whether they're delivering good/ timely customer service.
Apple pie is tasty and small portion for little price which is nice
I recently visited this Checkers and had one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. The customer service was terrible—staff were rude and dismissive—and they refused to give me items I had already paid for. When I tried to resolve it, the owner was just as unprofessional and made no effort to fix the problem. Between the staff’s attitude and the owner’s behavior, it’s clear this location has no respect for its customers. I left frustrated and without part of my order. I will not be returning, and I recommend avoiding this place entirely.

I recently ordered two GloRilla meals from Checkers/Rally’s, which are supposed to include a sandwich, fries, drink, and an apple pie. After picking up my order through the drive-thru and getting home, I realized both apple pies were missing.
I drove back to let them know, only to be told that they weren’t making apple pies at all — yet there was no mention of this when I ordered, and I was still charged full price for the meals. I asked if I could substitute the pies for something else, and the employee told me that their boss said no substitutions would be given.
So basically, they sold me a meal that includes an item they knowingly weren’t providing, didn’t inform me, and refused to offer any alternative. That’s unacceptable. If a location is out of a menu item, there should at least be the courtesy of letting the customer know or offering something else in return.
This kind of service just makes people not want to come back.

I find it disgusting that I can say I don’t want something on my sandwich three times and you still put it on there. Seriously anytime I go here atleast one item is missing and they screw up one of my items. “No lettuce” automatically translates into “Extra lettuce” when I enter this location. Do better checkers or atleast get better employees who aren’t totally deaf.
