Ordered the 8 PC wing ding meal, with potatoes and coleslaw. The service was great and the food was even better. Dined inside and the restaurant was very clean as well as the bathroom. Will definitely return

Always get the grilled chicken, slab of ribs, onion rings with Shack Potatoes. That's our family favorite. It always taste better when they run their$7.00 Off coupon.

Have had lunch thrre twice recently! Great service. Just catered my daughters graduation party through this location. It was yummy! Got lots of compliments!

Restaurant left Uber Eats active ...confirmed order... then closed for the evening. Leaving us with no food and purchase $ on hold. Blames Uber Eats for issue and doesn't care about customers. Showed two Uber Eats drivers tried to pick up the food, but doors were locked. Manager says to bad call Uber! To many other places to eat that care about customer service.

Got a half slab of ribs, the super combo, which was a slab of ribs, 12 pieces of chicken and two side orders. Got the broasted potatoes for side orders and they were delicious as were the chicken and ribs. A bit pricey, but we don’t order from here very often. This place was not my first choice because we usually get our broasted chicken and ribs from Lazybones on Groesbeck but they closed on April 12. What a bummer.

I've been thinking about chicken shack for 10 years (moved down south)
Just got back home a couple days ago and came to this location and explained how long it's been since I've had this and how everyone in the south knows about this food.
I was told 10 mins
Was done and bagged in 3.
Tastes reheated
I said wow that was quick.
Outside eating now and know why it was only 3 mins
Chicken is cold, potatoes are sad and cold bun is a brick only thing good is the slaw.
Very disappointing will not return here
Thanks for ruining my birthday meal

I kid you not I came in asked how much longer for my order to the girl up front then to cook turned around and said 8 more minutes I waited 9 politely asked how much longer to cook then said 4 more minutes weighted 4 more minutes then I asked again with the little frustration and to cook wanted to tell me five more minutes now I know he's messing with me with a smirk on his face thinks it's funny then all of a sudden I watched a bag that was sitting on the counter forever get handed to me while all that was cooked were onion rings that took 20 minutes unbelievable then I called to talk to a manager and she acted like it wasn't even an issue while she was right there I wish I had the owners number to make this present to him or her and I will get it unreal

Had a team of guys come in and ordered food. One of my guys wanted a pizza instead so went to grab pizza. Was told to leave because he brung it in. I would understand if we came in with just pizza but that’s simply unattractive when multiple transactions was made for the business between my other guys. Get your leadership in order.

My chicken was over fried and had no seasoning on it. The potatoes and the BBQ sauce were good. $19 for chicken and potatoes with no drink is insane.
