My chicken was over fried and had no seasoning on it. The potatoes and the BBQ sauce were good. $19 for chicken and potatoes with no drink is insane.

I am not sure what happened today but my food was terribly bland and unseasoned hardly any butter on the potatoes. And something is wrong with the coke because it tastes very old. Im very disappointed in this 40 dollar meal

I came across this place about 8 years ago or so . We were looking for a chicken place. Our favorite things are an all dark meat bucket. The shrimp, chicken bites, onion rings etc. But my favorite is the Cole slaw ! I know most places make Cole slaw chopped larger I've always hated that. But chicken shack has it cut so small I just love it. Please don't change it !

This is the first time visiting this chicken shack location. Zach S answered the phone and was absolutely amazing with my large family order.

He was able to hold making the food for the long drive to pick up so the food was fresh!

This will be our new go to chicken shack location for our family meals!!!

Chicken was tasty and crisp. Coleslaw was unusual in that it was blended into small particles and had a mild sweet taste. Prices were on the high side.

My husband got me chicken and potatoes with coleslaw for our date night in. It was awful. The chicken had a terrible odor, like it was spoiled, the potatoes were barely cooked, and the coleslaw was warm and runny. This wasn't the first time the food was questionable but, this was the worst. Just to avoid food poisoning we threw everything out. What a waste of money. Won't be back.

I ordered online and I had to wait an extra 10 minutes past my pick up time just to get rushed chicken that wasn’t even cooked all the way and some of them didn’t even have breading on some of them. Had to go back for a return and ended in a fight with my spouse. Thank you for a terrible night and a terrible experience definitely won’t be back to this location oh not to mention the cashier that charged me for extra barbecue sauce, and then proceeded to pack my food with the same gloves she touch the money with is the icing on the cake
